• Structure and Expectations – increased participation, scheduled meetings, increased frequency

TREASURER REPORT (Tony Castro)

• Financial Status Report – see handouts

• Importance of paying dues on time

• Dues Increase – recommend $25-50 increase for 2024 (inflation cost)

HOA BOARD STRUCTURE & ELECTIONS

• Minimum of 3 elected officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer)

• Proposal to add operating Committees each with a Chair, and in some case subcommittees:

• Landscaping

• Social / Events

• Architectural

• Communications (newsletter, social media, website, roster, etc.)

• Community Relations (school, civic, service projects, neighbor care, etc.)

• Safety & Security

OTHER BUSINESS & CONCERNS

• Retention Pond Maintenance Proposal

• Street Parking – agreement with Neese Towing

• Speeding – continues to be a problem, Keep Kids Alive Drive 25 !!!

• Awareness of what is ours and what is Corp of Engineers

• Neighbor Recommended Contractors list (could be part of website, etc.)
